ORDER:-
    In the Circular Memo 1st read above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Government of Telangana have issued certain guidelines for effecting Inter State Transfers of the employees working in both the States.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam has forwarded 54 Inter State Transfer proposals on spouse grounds and 25 Inter State Transfer proposals on Mutual grounds.

3. In the references 3rd to 5th read above, Government of Andhra Pradesh has forwarded consent to the Government of Telangana for effecting Inter-State Transfers on spouse grounds from the State of Telangana to the State of Andhra Pradesh.

4. In the reference 6th and 7th read above, School Education Department, Government of Telangana has accorded permission to the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad for effecting Inter State Transfer of 17 teachers on spouse grounds from Telangana State to Andhra Pradesh State.

5. In the reference 8th read above, the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, has communicated the orders issued by the School Education Department, Government of Telangana for effecting Inter-State Transfer of 17 teachers from the State of Telangana to the State of Andhra Pradesh on spouse grounds and requested the Government of Andhra Pradesh to admit the reported teachers in the State of Andhra Pradesh for issuing posting orders in respective districts where their spouses are working in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

6. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to effect the Inter-State Transfer of the following 17 teachers from the State of Telangana to the State of Andhra Pradesh on spouse grounds subject to taking the last rank next to last regular candidate in the State of Andhra Pradesh and also other conditions stipulated in the reference first read above.

7. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam is hereby directed to take necessary further action and issue posting orders to the individuals in respective districts where their spouses are working in Andhra Pradesh.

8. The individuals effected in this inter-state transfer are not entitled for any TA / DA as per the guidelines issued in the Circular Memo 1st read above, as the transfers are ordered on request basis.

9. All the above transfers should be strictly in compliance of the guidelines issued in the Circular Memo. 1st read above.

10. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
