Sub; - Oriental title holders-preference for appointment as Languages pandits over B.A. Degree holders with Sanskrit or Telugu as Special subject - Orders-Issued. 

READ: From the D.P.I Lr.Rc.No.1172/S1/72. Dt.18-2-1975.

     In the circumstance stated by the Director of School Education in his Lr.cited, Government after careful consideration direct that while recruiting languages pandits in Secondary and U.P.Schools preference should be given to the Oriental title holders over the B.A., Degree holders with Sanskrit or Telugu Special Subjects taken when the Oriental title holders are available.

 2. The Director of School Education is requested to submit necessary proposals with reference to orders in para(1) above for announcing the A.P.E.S.S.Rules A.P.E.R Rules for recruitment of language pandits in Zilla Parishad and Panchyat Samithi Schools .

 3. The director of School Education is also requested to examine the aspects that Oriental degree courses while emphasizing their particular features should also adopt some common features e.g. General English ectc., from the degree courses etc., so that such Oriental title holders can be also seek public employment, along with other graduates and take necessary
action.
