    All the Principals of Model Schools inthe State are informed that it is tentatively decided to grant Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs) per school as school grant for the academic year 2018-19. Accordingly, the balance amount apart from the available funds now in APMS account has been transferred to the concerned school accounts which can be seen at Annexure-A enclosed.

    Further, it is also decided to retrieve the amounts from the APMS accounts which have more than three lakhs to maintain the funds as per norms and accordingly the amounts are retrieved from the accounts which can be seen at Annexure-B enclosed.

    In this regard, all the Principals in the state are here by instructed

(a)   If it is identified that any amount other than APMs funds have been retrieved from the accounts, the concerned Principals can submit the details along with proper evidences for reimburse the same.

(b) No amount other than the APMS related should be kept in the APMS Account. The amounts in the APMS account may be retrieved at any time without intimation as per orders of the authorities and the amounts pertaining to other than APMS shall not be reimburse in future.

(c)   The funds allotted shall be utilized as per norms prescribed strictly. The cash book of the account shall be maintained in proper manner and the Utilization Certificates shall be submitted to the authorities from time to time.

    If any deviation is found against the instructions issued, the Principal concerned will be held responsible and necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against the defaulters.
