Sub: Samagra Shiksha - AP Quality Initiatives Supply of Library books for the year 2023-24-Instructions to the APCs in the State Regarding.

In continuation to ref cited, the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state instructions were Issued to receive the library books and to supply the same to the mandals and the MEOS shall be Instructed to distribute to the schools concerned and further instructed to furnish the necessary bills and vouchers towards supply of library books from district to mandals for release of expenditure Incurred.
In this regard. bills are yet to be received from the districts concerned and as the financtal year is coming to end the APCs have not furnished the bills.
Therefore the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are instructed to meet the expenditure incurred with regard to transportation of library books from district to mandals shall be met from the DPO management cost of concerned districts.
