The Distriet Educational Officers in the state are informed that an Mou was entered with Desh Apnayen Sahayog Foundation for implementation of ACTIZBN Club program in 104
schools in 26 districts across the state during ing the academic year 2023-24.

In the ref 2nd cited the Desh Apnayen Sahayog Foundation (DASF)has furnished a proposal to conduct a pre-post test to study the impact and effectiveness of the program implantation For this purpose, purpose, the urganization has selected 30 presentative schools (list attached across districts to conduct the pre-post assessment. A team of gxternal selectors will be visiting the selected schools for conducting the assessments.

The assessment will be conducted for the 6 graders and teachers (1 SPOC) and the HMs of the selected schools. The fentative proposed dates for the visits by the team to conduct the pre-post assessments is between 1st-7th February, 2024.

Role of the District Educational Officer:

1. Issue instructions to the identified schools regarding the pre- post assessment to be conducted in the selected schools of theif respective districts.

2. Help execute the project's Impact study and acknowledgment of the governance report.

Therefore the District Educational officers in the State are instructed to take necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the program without interruption to the regular classes. There is no financial implication to department in this regard.

The Desh Apnayen Sahayog Foundation is informed that the assessment results shall not be shared to others as per MoU without prior permission of this office.
