Sub: School Education - 2nd International Telugu Mahasabhalu 2024 conference, on 5th, 6th and 7th January 2024 at Godavari Institute of Engineering & Technology College, Rajamahendravaram – Requested to provide On Duty to the teachers who participate in conference – orders issued.

The President, RUPP AP in the reference read above has informed that, Andhra Saaraswatha Parishat and Chaitanya Vidyasamsthalu were organizing 2nd International Telugu Mahasabhalu on 05th, 06th and 7th January,2024 at Godavari Institute of Engineering & Technology College, Rajamahendravaram and requested to accord OD permission to the Telugu teachers attending the said programme.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are informed to consider the period of those who attended the 2nd International Telugu Maha sabhalu 2024 conference on 5th, 6th, and 7th January 2024 at Godavari Institute of Engineering & Technology College, Rajamahendravaram as on duty subject to fulfillment of the following conditions.
1. There should not be any dislocation of teaching work and instructions in schools.
2. The purpose in conducting the Conferences / Seminars by the Teachers Associations should be for the improvement of Educational Standards in Schools and academic matters.
3. There should not be any financial commitment to the Government.
4. The office - bearers of the Association, teachers delegates and observers should discuss only academic issues and send the resolutions / minutes deliberations / proceedings of such conference / seminars and list of participants to the Commissioner of School Education for due consideration and also to the concerned District Educational Officers soon after the completion of the conference without fail.
5. The Association should submit the agenda items for the discussion in the Conferences / Seminars well in advance to the Commissioner of School Education and they should take prior permission from the Commissioner of School Education.
6. The Association should issue attendance certificates to the participants so as to enable them to produce the same to the concerned head of institution for treating the period of absence as "On Duty".
7. If the Association fails to implement the conditions above, further permission and correspondence will be stopped and action will be initiated for de-resigning the Association.
