Sub: Mana Badi Nadu-Nedu, Phase-II –Tabs- Transportation of Tabs from Regional to School Point - Meeting of transportation charges from the available SMF funds General Instructions -issued-Reg.

Ref: Instructions issued in the webex meeting held on 15.12.2023.

In the Webex review meeting held on 15.12.2023, the following instructions were issued for distribution of Tabs in Schools.

i. Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Ofcers will receive the Tabs at RJD Level. RJDs shall send the tabs to mandals.

ii. All Mandals should be  covered.

iii. In a Mandal whichever Schools are selected the entire school should be covered. Partial coverage in a school is not acceptable.

iv.Activation of Tabs will be done at School Level.

v. Local Transportation cost (i.e, from RJD to Mandal point to School Point) shall be met from the SMF or Nadu-Nedu funds.

2.  Further, IFPs will be supplied by the vendor to the School Points and they should be  setup in the Class rooms.  In this regard, the Head Masters of the concerned School should arrange the required electrical wiring and Lan cable in all the required class rooms prior to the arrival of the IFPs to the Schools.

3. Hence, All the District Educational Ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators are directed to follow the above instructions strictly in distribution of Tabs & Installation of IFPs.
