O R D E  R: 

  In the  G.O read above,  Government   have   accord  permission  to the District  Collectors  in  the State to  sanction  for an  amount  of  Rs.10,00,000/(Rs. Ten Lakhs only) towards ex-gratia to the  children who have  become orphans  due to  COVID-19,  subject to  the certain  eligibility  conditions. 

2.  Government   after  re-examination  of  the  matter,   hereby  delete   the eligibility   condition   ie., "Only  those   who   are   not benefting from  any other insurance programme of  the Government  shall  be  considered" as  mentioned under  para  - 2  (f) of  G.O.  read above. 

3.  The  Commissioner,  Health &Family  Welfare,  A.P., Vijayawada/District Collectors in the  State  shall  take  necessary action accordingly.
