ORDER: 
    In the reference 1st and 3rd read above, the Commissioner of School Education has requested to issue Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.18.7369 crores from the sanctioned budget in BE 2019-20 under the Head of Account 4202-01-202-11-04-520-521, towards clearing of Bio-metric devices pending bills.

2.  In the reference 4th read above, Finance (FMU-SE) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.18,73,69,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores Seventy Three Lakh Sixty Nine Thousand Only) from the BE provision 2019-20 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards clearance of Bio-metric devices pending bills for the year 2018-19. 

3.  In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department, Government  hereby  accord  administrative  sanction  to  the  Commissioner  of School Education for an amount of Rs.18,73,69,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores Seventy Three Lakh Sixty Nine Thousand Only) from the BE provision 2019-20 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards clearance of Bio-metric devices pending bills for the year 2018-19 adjusted under the head of account 4202-01-202-11-04-520-521.

4.  The Commissioner of School Education shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit progress of the utilization of funds to Government from time to time.
