The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam in the reference read above has submitted the proposal for Nomination of Union Government Nominee on the Selection Committee Allocation on Awards to State/ Union Territories / Organizations – Constitution of State Level Committee for Selection of National Awards to Teachers for the year 2018.
2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby constitutes a State Level Committee for Selection of National Awards to Teachers for the year 2018 with the following members:
SELECTION COMMITTEE
1) Principal Secretary/ Secretary of State Education Department: _ Chairperson
2) Nominee of Union Govt.: Dr.Geetha G Nair _ Member
3) Director/Commissioner of Education: _ Member Secretary
4) Director, SCERT or equivalent if there is no SCERT: _ Member
3. This State Level Committee selects the teachers for “National Awards to Teachers for the year 2018” from the Selection lists submitted by the District Educational Officers in the State, duly limiting No. of awards category wise.
4. The Commissioner of School Education A.P. Ibrahimpatnam shall take necessary action accordingly.
