    In continuation of th is office  reference 1st read above, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the Stale (Except East Godavari and \West Godavari) are informed that the As per the instructions Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravati, it is decided to capture E-Hazar for girls \who are residing in 147 APMS Girls Hostels throughout the state on daily basis i.e., morning and night.

    In th is context the child IDs to mark attendance \Vere attached to this mail and the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State are instructed to share the IDs of Girl students to respective school principals and inform them to mark attendance in hostels Morning 7AM and evening 7 PM and Girls Hostels attached to the Model Schools along with list of Hostels is enclosed herewi th.
