ORDER:
In the government order cited, thescheme for grant of special incentives to Government servants in the form of rewards andadvance increments for outstanding good work and grant of awards for useful suggestionsmade by Government servant were communicated. These instructions with amendments carriedout extending the benefits partially to the retired Government servants are appended tothis order.
2. The suggestions received fromGovernment servants and recommendations for grant of rewards for outstanding good workturned out by the Government servant will be placed before Special committee known as‘the Incentive Awards Committee’ for considering the proposals and makingsuitable recommendations to Government.
3. It is observed that the proposalssubmitted by the different departments do not follow one pattern. Whenever such proposalsare sent by the Heads of Departments or the Collectors the following details shouldinvariably be furnished to Government by the concerned Administrative Department of theSecretariat for consideration by the Incentive Awards Committee :-

3. Pay scale applicable and actual stage in pay scale:
4. Personal file, if the personal file is not available the duplicate personal file should be sent to Government :
5. Reasons for recommending awards or rewards with detailed description of events.
6. Recommendation of the Department :
