All the District Educational Ofcers & Additional Project Coordinators in the State are informed that the Ministry of Education, Government of India has stated that the PM SHRI (Prime Ministry School for Rising India) Scheme is a new initiative which will showcase the implementation of all the aspects of the NEP, 2020 and emerge as exemplar schools over a period of time.
The Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India has scheduled to conduct the orientation session for PM SHRI School Principals/Headmasters from States/UTs/KVs/NVS. The orientation session enabled the PM SHRI School Principals/Headmasters to develop the necessary competencies such as digital initiatives, leadership skills etc. which would help them to achieve the objectives of PM SHRI Schools.
In view of the above, State has identifed 50 RPs@ one Resource Person per 15 PM SHRI Schools and nominated. These resource persons will be master trainers for training PM SHRI School Principals/Headmasters to perform the activities assigned to them and monitor the implementation of activities as per the action plan.
The District Educational Ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators of the S.S in the state are requested to depute the identifed RPs (list enclosed) to 3 day Residential Workshop at Dr.MCR HRDI, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad on PMSHRI action plan from 20-05-2024 to 22-052024(BDI).
Further, it is informed that Sri V.N.Masthanaiah, Director, SIEMAT, and Dr.S.Prasadarao, Lecturer, SIEMAT are permitted to attend the above programme. The TA and DA shall be paid to the participants as per actuals from the State Project ofce from PMSHRI school budget approved in PAB 2024-25.
