In continuation to the ref 1st cited, the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that Desh Apnayen Sahayog Foundation(DASF) has proposed to conduct a post implementation study in the selected schools in the state.
This post implementation study is conducted to assess the progress and efectiveness of the program execution. The team of external data collectors will visit the schools between 27th March, 2024 to 4th April, 2024 and conduct assessments related to programme output with students of Grade 6, teachers(1SPOC teacher) and HMs of the schools. The list of schools selected for the conduct of endline test is annexed.
Role of the District Educational Officer :
A. Issue instructions to the identifed schools regarding the endline test to be conducted.
B. Help execute the project’s impact study and acknowledgement of the governance report.
Therefore the District Educational ofcers in the State are instructed to issue necessary instructions for the smooth conduct of the endline test as part of the Impact study of the program.
The Desh Apnayen Sahayog Foundation team is also directed to submit the implementation impact report for the academic year 2023-24 by 30/04/2024.
