ORDER:
Under Rule 10(a) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the following officers are temporarily promoted to the post of the Joint Director of School Education/Regional Joint Director of School Education under Category 2 of class 1 of AP Educational Service, during the panel year 2022-23 in the scale of pay Rs.80,910 1,66,680/-, in relaxation of Rule 6 of A.P State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, subject to the following conditions:-
1. B. Lingeswara Reddy, District Educational Officer, Vizianagaram
2. Y.Raghava Reddy, District Educational Officer, YSR Kadapa
3. R.S. Ganga Bhavani, District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore
i. The promotions ordered above are purely temporary basis. and the incumbents are liable to be reverted at any point of time without any notice and assigning reason therefor.
ii. The promotions are subject to outcome of Court Cases, if any pending before the High Court of A.P. and the Supreme Court of India.
iii. The Promotee Officers should join the new posts within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, they shall forfeit their right for promotion, as per rules in force.
2. Consequent on promotion to the post of the Joint Director of School Education/Regional Joint Director of School Education to the above officers, the following postings are ordered with immediate effect:-
i. Sri B. Lingeswara Reddy, Joint Director of School Education, is posted as Regional Joint Director of School Education, Guntur, duly relieving Sri V. Subba Rao;
ii. Sri Y.Raghava Reddy, Joint Director of School Education, is posted as Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kadapa, duly relieving Sri M. Venkata Krishna Reddy, from FAC duties; and
iii. Smt. R.S. Ganga Bhavani, Joint Director of School Education, is posted as Joint Director, Adult Education, on deputation basis, under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions, and kept in-charge to the post of the Director of Adult Education.
3. Consequent on relief, Sri V. Subba Rao, RJDSE, Guntur, is posted as Joint Director, TET, O/o the Commissioner of School Education.
4. The Commissioner of School Education, shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.

Consequent on approving the Panel of eligible Deputy Educational Officers, Assistant Directors, Lecturer, IASE/SCERT/CTE and Senior Lecturer, DIET, fit for promotion to the post of the District Educational Officer/Deputy Director, under Category 1 of Class II of AP Educational Service, for the Panel year 2023-24, and under Rule 10 (a) of A.P. Staet and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the following officers are temporarily promoted to the post of the post of the Deputy Director of School Education/District Educational Officer, in the Scale of Pay Rs. 70,850/- to 1,58,880/-, and postings are ordered with immediate effect, subject to the following conditions:-
1. P.V.J. Rama Rao - District Educational Officer (DEO), SPSR Nellore.
2. D. Subadra - District Educational Officer (DEO), Prakasam.
3. R. Venkataramana - District School Educational Officer (DSEO), West (Bheemavaram-HQ). Godavari
4. M. Anuradha - District Educational Officer (DEO), YSR Kadapa.
5. G. Pagadalamma - District School Educational Officer (DSEO), Parvathipuram Manyam.
6. N. Prem Kumar - District Educational Officer (DEO), Vizianagaram.
7. Sri K. Venkateswara Rao - District Educational Officer (DEO), Srikakulam.
8. B. Varalakshmi - District Educational Officer (DEO), Ananthapuramu.
9. C. Deva Raju - District Educational Officer (DEO), Chittoor.
