Sub:Samagra Shiksha -AP -SIEMAT -PM SHRI Schools - Conduct the weekly visits to PM SHRI Schools and review the sanctioned activities along with the allocated funds designated for the implementation of the scheme -certain instructions -Issued.

All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that as per the cabinet note, a maximum of two schools (one Elementary &one Secondary/senior secondary) would be selected per block/ULB with an upper limit on the total number of schools across India. Hence, Block is the unit in the selection process of PM SHRI schools. Therefore, Block Education Officers (BEOs)play an important role in effectively monitoring and implementing this scheme at the grassroots level. It is important for BEOs to conduct weekly visits to the PM SHRI schools in their blocks/ULBs. These visits are essential for closely monitoring the progress of the scheme and ensuring that the approved activities are beinn effectively carried out.
Hence, all the District coucational Officers and APCs of Samagra Shiksha in the state are requested to to issue instructions to the Mandal Educational Officers in their jurisdiction to conduct weekly visits to PM SHRI schools and review the sanctioned activities along with the allocated funds designated for the implementation of the scheme. Furthermore, they are instructed to upload the school visit observations in the form (https://forms.gle/JLfhe16yVDae8wMN6)and given submit Google by it February 28th, 2024. Further, District Education Officers are encouraged to oversee the visits conducted by MEOs and ensure the timely submission of the Google Form.
