Sub: School Education APTET- 2024 Consideration of minimum qualifying marks as 40% marks in graduation for SC, ST, BC and PH candidates to appear for Paper-II A in APTET 2024 as a onetime measure, in relaxation of rules - Permission - Accorded.

Ref: From the Commissioner of School Education Lr.Rc.No.ESE02-35/3/2019-TET-CSE Dt: 22/10/2023 through e-file bearing computer No. 1331600.

  In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of School Education, in the reference cited, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to him to consider the minimum qualifying marks in Graduation as 40% marks for SC/ST/BC and PH candidates for appearing for Paper-II-A in APTET-2024 as a one time measure, to avoid hardship to SC/ST/BC and PH candidates, those who have already secured admission for B.Ed course with 40% marks in Degree and passed out, in relaxation of the eligibility criteria prescribed in the G.O.Ms.No.23, School Education (Exams) Department, Dated: 17.03.2021 read with G.O.Ms.No.27, School Education (Exams) Department, Dated: 27.05.2022.

2. The Commissioner of School Education, is therefore, requested to take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
