The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Ofcers in the State is invited to the reference read above, wherein it has been directed to issue necessary instructions to all the SGT/9/School Assistants/9/ Head Masters of Secondary Schools/9/ Mandal Educational Ofcers and Deputy Inspector of Schools working their jurisdiction(Govt./9/ZPP/9/MPP) to update the details pertaining to their qualifications/9/tests passed along with their demographical information in the Teacher Information System(TIS) provided in CSE portal duly logging with their respective treasury ids on or before 25.02.2022. 

Further it is informed that, the existing system namely the Teacher Information System (TIS) module now encompasses both teaching and nonteaching staf. Hence it has undergone a name change and is now referred to as the Employee Information System (EIS).

It is important to note that TIS was last updated a year ago. However, significant changes have transpired recently due to staf transfers, promotions, and reapportionment. Consequently, there is an urgent need to ensure that these changes are accurately refected in the Employee Information System (EIS).

Therefore, all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Education Ofcers in the state are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the employees in all managements in their respective districts to update their personal details, specifically pertaining to qualifications, tests passed, and demographic information, within the Employee Information System (EIS). This can be conveniently accomplished by logging into the Studentinfo.ap.gov.in portal. All updates must be completed before September 30, 2023.  And also requested to instruct the relevant Drawing and Disbursing Ofcers (DDOs) to ensure the accuracy of employee details after updating the cadre strength. Subsequently, they should meticulously verify the entries recorded in the service registers of respective individuals. It is imperative that this exercise is diligently carried out and completed by 30-02-2023 without fail.

Further, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Education Ofcers in the state are hereby informed that in the event of any technical issues arising during the update of details in the Employee Information System (EIS), the concerned parties should promptly contact their respective Assistant Statistical Ofcers (ASO) or Assistant Programming Ofcers (APO) within their district ofces. If ASO/9/APO have any issues, they may contact Sri. A Saidulu, who is responsible for EIS operations at the IT Cell, Ofce of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.

These instructions should be followed scrupulously. Any deviation in the matter will be viewed seriously and the concerned RJDSE/9/DEO will be held personally responsible for any further complications in future.

Top priority should be given to this item of work and after this one time updation, EIS will be updated by the concerned DDOs  by 5th of every month to incorporate all changes that has happened during the previous month.
