The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers & Ex-Ofcio District Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the reference cited, and are informed that , 672 Bhavitha Centers are functioning in the State for providing daily living skills and Physiotherapy services to the Children with Special Needs who are sufering from moderate disabilities under School Readiness programme at MRCs (Bhavitha Centers). 

further it is observed that, there are some obstructions for providing Mid-day Meals to Children with Special Needs ( CWSN) who are attending to Bhavitha Centers as the students names who are studying in the bhavitha centers are enrolled in diferent schools. 

Further informed that, recently all the Bhavitha Centers were shifted to the nearer Government Schools and the concerned HMs are instructed to enroll the CWSN in to the concerned Schools as previously the students names who are studying in the bhavitha centers are enrolled in diferent schools and may solve the difculty for providing mid-day meals to the CWSN . 

Therefore all the District Educational Ofcers  and District Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to issue necessary orders to all the Mandal Educational Ofcers and Head masters  for enrollment of CWSN in the nearby Bhavitha Center merged Schools. 

Further all the Head Masters where the bhavitha centers are attached to the schools are instructed to coordinate with the Mandal Educational Ofcers for completion of the entire enrollment process for providing Mid-day Meals to the Children with Special Needs on par with their regular students.
