The attention of all Dy E Os, MEOs, H.Ms/H.Ts of all government and private schools is invited to the subject cited above and the following instructions are issued in interest of the best welfare of the children. 

1. Noteacher shall participate in rally(protest) /dharna in this year failing which he / she shall be subjected to desicplinary proceedings as per the CCA rules. However they can convey their grievance in black and white to the concerned competent authorities in person or by mail. 

2. Noschool shall send the children to rallies(protest) or dharnas to be organized by anybody. If any school HM/HT violates this , he/she shall be subjected to criminal proceedings. 

3. No school students shall be instigated to participate in protest rallies . However they can participate in rallies to a short distance in campaigns organized for their welfare / social awareness.
