All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that, it has been decided to take up promotions of School Assistants other than 1st and 2nd languages in the schools under the managements of Govt/ Mandal / Zilla Parishad within management on adhoc basis in the State. 

The proposed schedule is as follows

In this regard, all the District Educational Ofcers in the state are requested to conduct promotion counseling as per the above schedule to the post of SAs (except 1st and 2nd languages) including DR Quota as per the need arrived as per G.O.Ms.No.117, dt:10.06.2022 and G.O.Ms.No.128, dt:13.07.2022.        

Further, they are instructed to convert the surplus School Assistants (i.e., vacancies arise due to current promotions) into needy subject School Assistants [Ex. promotion given to present SA(P.S) as Gr.II HM and SA(P.S) is surplus, Hence the post may be converted as SA(needy subject)] and any deviation in following the guidelines and instructions by any responsible ofcer will be taken to task for implementing the disciplinary procedures.
