All the district educational officers and regional joint directors are aware that the CBA2/formative assessment 3 is scheduled from 07.02.2023 to 10.02.2023. 

It is very important to disseminate the results to the students and parents to know the mistakes done in the exams by the students and for remediation plan. 

Hence it is requested to disseminate the following schedule regarding evaluation of answer scripts, explanation of wrong answers to each child by teacher and posting in CCE registers.  Also requesting to ensure cent percent marks posting in relevant registers and website.
