TEACHER TRANSFERS 2022 - INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT VACANCY POSITION
The following Proformae has been mailed to DyEOS and MEOS
5(a)-Long Standing Vacancy (5/8 Yrs) Teachers joined before 02.11.2014 in the present
i) Places of HMs joined before 02.11.2017 and of school in all cadres are to be shown vacant.
ii) The palce of HMs/Teachers working in Girls High Schools aged below 50 yrs as on 31.08.2022 shall be shown vacant.
5(b)-Long Leave Vacancy (authorized/un authorized absence More than One year) as on 30.11.2022
5(c)-Clear Vacancy (Clear, Promotion, Death/VR etc)
● All Clear Vacancies as on 30.11.2022.{5(c)}
● All vacancies arising due to compulsory transfers as per guideline 2
● issued in the G.O.Ms.No. 187, dt 10.10.2022{5(a)}
● HMs/Teachers who got promoted allotted places on adhoc basis as per CSE procs. Dt 14.10.2021, their places are to be shown vacant{(5(c)}
● HMs/Teachers who opted for promotion as per CSE procs. Dt .10.2022, their places are to be shown vacant. ((5(c)}
● Vacancies existing due to authorized/un authorized absence of HMs/teachers for more than one year{(5(b)}
