Lr.Rc.No. 2298/B3/B4/2022-SSC-April/May, Dated: 15.10.2022 of the District Educational Officer, Eluru.

ORDER:

The attention of the District Educational Officer, Eluru is invited to the reference read above and he is instructed to review the cases of SSC 2022 malpractice as per G.O.Ms.No.578, GA(Ser.C) Dept., dt:31.12.1999 and to reinstate the individuals those who have approached the Hon'ble High Court, AP subject to outcome of Criminal cases/disciplinary cases and to post them in category IV area places and not to involve the individuals in any confidential works i.e invigilation, spot valuation etc., for a period of 5 years.
