ORDER: 

  The  immediate  attention  of  all  the  District  Educational  Officers  and  the Principals  in  the  state  is  hereby  drawn  to  the  refs.5th  and  6th  cited  (copies enclosed),   wherein   certain   guidelines   received   from   the   DTA,   A.P   , Ibrahimpatnam  regarding  the  credit  of  CPS  contributions  to  PRAN  Accounts  of  A.P Model  Schools  teaching  staf  by     opening  of  Current  Accounts  in  SBI  Bank concerned,   duly   making   consultation   with   the   bank   officials   as   detailed hereunder; 

• The  CPS  contribution  from  Dec-2022  paid  in  Jan-2023  shall  be  processed through  the  Current  Accounts  in  SBI  Bank. 

• Employee  share  amount  deducted  in  salary  bill,  shall  be  shown  under  NonGovernment  deductions. 

• Subsequent  employer  share  amount  shall  be  drawn  under  GIA  allowances (060-062) in  same  salary  bill. 

• From  Gross  amount,  both  shares  shall  be  deducted  under  Non-Government Dedications,  which  adjusts  to  Current  Account  of  respective  DDO. 

• After  crediting  amount  to  DDOs,  they  shall  take  necessary  action  for crediting  CPS  subscriptions  of  the  employee  of  AP  Model  Schools. 

• As  a  State  Autonomous  Body,  CPS  subscriptions  shall  be  uploaded  by  the AP  Model  School  itself. 

• Obtain   TAN  Numbers  (for   those   who  haven’t  earlier)   from   the   IT department  in  respect  of  every  Model  Schools  to  credit  the  Income  Tax being  deducted  from  the  salaries  of  the  employees  at  every  quarter without  fail, so  as  to  enable  to   claim  further  salaries  of  the  staf. 

As  such  they  are  hereby  instructed  to  follow  the  above  instructions scrupulously without  any deviation.
