ORDER:  

Vide  orders  cited  above  it  was  requested  to  update  the  phone numbers  being  used  in  smartphones  of  the  parents  of  the  students  to enable  such  smart  phones  to  access  BYJUs  content  free  of  cost.  Though good  number  of  smart  phone  data  was  updated  there  is  need  to  pay  more attention  and  speedup  the  process.  For  the  above  reason,  In  continuation and  partial  modifcation  of  the  orders  issued  in  the  reference  read  above, all  the  Regional  Joint  Directors  of  School  Education  and  District  Educational Ofcers  in  the  State  are  informed  that  the  dates  prescribed  to  conduct facilitation  camps  to  help  students  and  parents  in  downloading  the  app and  content  into  the  devices  in  the  school  or  any  other  premises  with  good internet  connectivity  is  modifed  as  below:

2. On  the  above  dates,  students  andŴor  parents  may  be  asked  to  bring their  devices  to  the  designated  premises  and  the  app  may  be  downloaded and  they  may  be  trained  on  how  to  use  it  efectively.  The  datesprescribed to  collect  and  update  phone  numbers  shall  remain  same  and  there  shall  be no  change  in  same.      Further,  as  all  Cluster  Resource  Persons  (CRPs)  were trained  to  guide  the  school  Headmasters  and  students  in  the  process  of installation  of  the  app,  instructions  shall  be  issued  to  all  the  stakeholders to  ensure  the  downloading  of  e-content  in  all  school  is  done  as  per  the above  schedule.

3. Therefore,  all  the  Regional  Joint  Directors  of  School  Education  and District  Educational  Ofcers  in  the  State  are  requested  to  nominate  one nodal  contact  person  in  the  District  Head  Quarters  for  disseminating thesaid  instructionsand  to  ensure  that  all  students  having  smart  phone with  their  parents  are  facilitated  to  download  BYJU  App  for  accessing  the content...  

4.     This should be treated as the MOST URGENT AND IMPORTANT deviation in the schedule will be viewed seriously.
