Instructions to be noted for Modifying School  Basic Details UDISE AY 2022-23 

1.  It  is  suggested  to  crosscheck  all changes  required  in  school  particulars  before modifying  in  portal as  all  other  applications’  functionality and  DCF  of Profile/Facility/Teacher/Student  would  depend  on  updated  information  of  that particular  school. 

2.  FORM A01 should be  properly  sealed  &  signed by the respective  Authority.  Sealed and Signed  A01  form must  be  clearly  scanned before uploading. 

3.  Ensure to  do  all the  changes  of any  particular  School  in  one request.  Avoid making  changes  in  different requests. 

4.  For  Schools  Having  Pre-Primary  Sections  are need to  Mention  Number  of Classes in  Pre-Primary  Section  in  Form  A01.  For  Example, a  Private Unaided  School  has Classes  Nursery,  LKG  and  UKG  in  Pre-Primary  Section.  Then in  that  case Number of Pre-Primary  classes  will be  3(three). 

5.  The following changes  in  School  Particulars  do  not  require  any  kind  of  approval from  State  Authority  and  will be  completed  instantly: 

◾  Lowest  and  Highest  Classes  (Class  from,  Class  To) 

◾  Stream  Changes  for  Higher/Senior  Secondary  Schools 

◾  Pre Primary  Section  Availability 

◾  Number of Pre Primary  Classes  in  Pre-Primary  Section 

6.  Any Schools  which is  presently  Operational  and  has  Status  5-Permanently  Closed in  UDISE+ Portal  needs  to  be  made  Normal  1-Closed  first  by  making  a request  to UDISE+  National  Admin through State  MIS  after  doing required formalities.   

7.  Streams  (Arts,  Commerce  and Science  etc) in  Higher/Senior  Secondary  Schools can  be  changed from this  module  only from  current year  onwards.  So  proper  care should  be  taken  for  accuracy  of Streams  in  Schools.
