O R D E R:
In the G.O. first read above, special rules were framed for the Andhra Pradesh Medical Education, Health and Family Welfare Nursing Service. In the reference third read above, the Director of Medical Education, AP., Vijayawada has requested the Government to issue certain amendment to the said rules.
2. The Government after careful examination of the entire matter, decided to amend Special Rules for the Andhra Pradesh Medical Education, Health and Family Welfare Nursing Service issued in G.O first read above.
3. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Medical Education, Health and Family Welfare Nursing Service Rules, 1998, issued in G.O.Ms.No.466, HM&FW (L2) Department dt.16-10-1998:
AMENDMENT
In the said rules under rule 6.MINIMUM SERVICE, for the words “three years”, the words “two years ” shall be substituted.
