Sub: - AP Samagra Shiksha - Quality Education - SAMO/SIEMAT - DIKSHA e Content Creation Training - Conduct of four day Sub - District Level Training Program from 27.01.2021 to 30.01.2021 in Districts of  AP – Certain Instructions – Issued – Reg.

   In continuation to this office memo dt:-24.01.2021 reference 04th cited, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the State are hereby informed that the Sub-District Level Training programs of DIKSHA e-Content Creation scheduled from 27.01.2021 to 30.01.2021 in the Districts. The agenda with detailed schedule and estimated financial norms for the total program is placed at Annexure-I & II for information and necessary action. 

   The details of selection of participants/ SRPs for training at Sub-District Level on DIKSHA e-content preparation along with instructions for selection of venue is placed at Annexure-A shall be followed strictly.

   In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers(DEOs) and Additional Project Coordinators(APCs) in the State are hereby requested to take necessary action as follows:- 2. To identify and depute the 100 teachers per venue those who are tech savvy and actively participate in the training programmes covering all Mandals in Districts (i.e., at least one participant from each Mandal in each division in the District) as per Annexure-A. 

3. All the DEOs and APCs are instructed to act as overall monitor of the Training in their respective Districts. 

4. All the Dy.E.Os, Principal DIET and one Sectoral Officer of SS in their District is instructed to act as Course Coordinators in each allotted respective venues for the entire Training Program. 

5. Instructions to be given to all the participants to attend the Training File No.ESE02-22/46/2020-SCERT-Part(1) Programmes in their respective sub-districts without fail and make best utilize of the same. 

6. All the APCs of Samagra Shiksha are requested to organise 4 days training program incoordination with DEOs in minimum 3 to 5 venues as per Annexure-A. 

7. After completion of the above sub-District Level Training Program in the Districts, the APCs are instructed to furnish the actual expenditure for release the funds from State Office to APCs of S.S. 

   The TA and other charges to the participants shall be paid as per norms. 

   All the participants and coordinators etc are hereby requested to follow the guidelines issued by Government from time-to-time to curtail the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic strictly. 

   This has got the approval of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, AP, Amaravati.
