Undoubtedly  it’s  true!  Innumerable  teachers  of  Andhra  Pradesh  are  getting  90 days  online  NISHTHA  training  through  DIKSHA  platform  from  16th  October  2020.in  remote  areas  network is  a  major  barrier  to  access.  Despite  and  in  spite  of  multiple  indefatigable  attempts  of  an  average  eilliterate  teacher,  unable  to  reach  up  to  the  mock  with  a  stipulated  time  schedule  management. sometimes,  the  invisible  hand  appears  to  destruct  the  enthusiastic  teachers  in  the  form  of  technical  lags or  glitch  like    unable  to  access  with  poor  network,  missing  pdf’s,  unable  to  upload  portfolios,  unable  to play  video’s,  profile  lags  i.e.  custodian,  pending  etc., 

The  following  steps  to  be  taken  so  as  to  overcome  those  technical  lags  and glitch  from  time  to  time!  Despite  the  fact,  there  are  several  reasons  like,  our  mobile  should  support  the latest  app,  memory,  speed  of  the  network  and  signal  strength  followed  by  RAM 

SOLUTIONS :  

🔅  Check your profile  and  update  with  your  credentials.

🔅  Update DIKSHA with latest  version  of  3.2.485 

🔅  Log in to diksha app with  courses-search  key  word  ap-module  name.  (Or) 

🔅  Through filters  (right  side  of  search  bar.  icon  in  courses)-organization-apex  and  diksha support-select  and  submit.  (Or) 

🔅  Click the course  module  link  and  browse  with  diksha. 

🔅  Click the refresh  on  profile  page.

 

🔅  Log out and log in (or) switch  off  and  switch  on.

🔅  Uninstall  and  install  the  app.

🔅  Log in to another mobile.  Or  log  in  desktop  or  in  laptop  @  diksha.ap.gov.in.

🔅  Do course preferably  at  late  nights  or  wee  hours. 

🔅  Delete course(s)  in  downloads  of  diksha  app.  (downloaded  automatically  when  you  access course  module  in  diksha  app  (it  can  be  seen  right  to  downloads  in  app) 

🔅  10 app settings-default-storage-phone  memory.    Allow  storage  permissions  in  diksha  app. Clear  cache  in  diksha  app(go  to  phone  settings-application  management/app  managerselect  and  click  diksha  app-shortage-clear  cache-go  back  to  app  and  log  in) 

🔅 For portfolio  submission,  convert  images  to  pdf’s  and  name  it  as  P-1,P-2  etc.,  and  save. Search  in  file  manager-documents-select  and  upload  through  a  link  communicated  by  the district  coordinator/srg
