ORDER:- 

    In the reference first  read  above,  the SSC  &  Intermediate  (APOSS)  Public Examinations,  July,  2020,  were scheduled  from  25th  April 2020 to  2nd  May 2020 and were  re-scheduled  from  18th  to 24th  July 2020 due to  COVID-19 Pandemic. 

2.  In  the reference  second  read  above,  Government  have issued orders, for implementation  of  “Lockdown” in the State for Control  and  Prevention  of  spread  of COVID-19  and extended the  period of Lockdown  in  a phased  manner vide  reference fifth  and sixth   read  above.  3. In  the reference seventh read  above, the Director, A.P.Open School Society, Guntur submitted proposals, that  owing  to  prevailing situation  of COVID-19 and to safeguard the  health  of  the  students  appearing for A.P.Open  School  Examinations, the  SSC  & Intermediate  (APOSS)  Public  Examinations, July-2020  may be cancelled on par with regular SSC examinations and to  pass all the students  who have paid examination  fee  and eligible  to appear for  the  examination,  declaring grades  and marks  in  proportion  to their performance  in  the  preparatory  examinations  by obtaining  data  from  the Headmasters/  Principals of  the respective  study centres (Accredited Institutions). 

4. Government, after careful examination of the matter  i.e.,  the revision of examination schedules  according  to  the extension of  Lockdowns,  the review   of  the officials  with  respect  to  the   pros  and  cons   for  the  conduct  of  examinations, decided   to  cancel    the  SSC  & Intermediate  (APOSS) Public Examinations, July-2020 to  ensure  that  no  child   should  fall  prey   to  COVID-19.  Further,  it  is  also  decided  to declare  all pass  duly allotting  marks  and grades,  based  on  the preparatory  score,  so that  the COVID-19 crisis will not  overshadow  the prospects of  the students. 

5.     Accordingly,  Government hereby permit  the Director,  A.P.Open  School  Society, Andhra  Pradesh, Guntur to  declare all  the learners, who  have paid examination fee and registered for SSC &  Intermediate (APOSS) Public Examinations,  July-2020 as pass  duly declaring Grades  and Marks  in  proportion  to  their performance  in  the preparatory examinations, by  obtaining  data  of  learners performance in  the preparatory examinations  through online from the Headmasters/Principals  of the respective study centers (AIs-Accredited Institutions).  

6.   The Director, A.P.Open School Society, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
