2.  PRAGYATA  guidelines  on Ministry  of  Human  Resource Rc.No:151/A&I/2020,  dated:09.07.2020, digital  education  issued  by  the  Union Development,  GoI,  New  Delhi. ORDER:

    In  continuation  to  this  office  proceedings  in  the  ref  1st  cited  all  the  Regional  Joint Directors  of  School  Education  and  District  Educational  Officers  in  the  State  are  informed  that the  Union  Ministry  of  Education  released  the  PRAGYATA  guidelines  on  digital  education. 

2.  PRAGYATA  guidelines  provide  a  roadmap  on  digital  /  online  education  to  advance online  education  with  better  quality.  The  PRAGYATA  guidelines  include  eight  stages  of online  /  digital  learning,  namely  Plan-  Review-  Arrange-  Guide-  Yak  (talk)  -  Assign-  TrackAppreciate.  These  steps  guide  the  planning  and  implementation  of  digital  education  step  by step  with  examples.  The  highlights  of  the  PRAGYATA  guidelines  are  immediately embedded  as  appendices  (copy  enclosed).  The  guidelines  include  concerns  while  planning online  and  digital  education  like  duration,  screen  time,  inclusiveness,  balanced  online  and offline  activities  etc  level  wise. 

3.  The  recommended  screen  time  shall  be  as  follows:



4. Further, they are informed that, vide this office Proceedings Rc.No:151/A&I/2020,dated:25.07.2020, all the teachers were requested to prepare student wise plan for attendingthe classes and divided them into following groups.

1. High-tech (Students who have online facilities),

2. Low-Tech (Students who have Radio or Television)

3. No-Tech (Students who have no computer, mobile, radio and      television facilities).

5.  Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and DistrictEducational Officers in the State are requested to follow the PRAGYATA guidelines releasedby MHRD, GoI, New Delhi and implement the instructions thereon strictly while conductingthe online classes by all management schools. Any online instruction carried in deviation ofthese guidelines is punishable. Further they are also requested to sensitize the parents aboutthe guidelines and issue pressnotes so as to create an awareness among the public.
