The attention of all the District Educational officers & Ex-Officio Project
Co-ordinators in the State and Additional Project officers is here by informed that vide reference cited above, wherein it was informed that to implement the Student Motivation programme an amount of Rs.60.19 lakhs was approved in the Project Approval Board (PAB) for the year 2019-20 for the girls students studying in 6019 MPUP schools in 13 Districts @Rs.1000 per school for one day.
In this connection, the state project director accorded to permission for conduct the Student Motivation programme by the 6019 schools to girl students of 6th,7th& 8th classes of MPUP/high Schools in 13 districts as follows.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators / Additional Project Co-ordinators in the State are requested to issue immediate instructions to the ground level in the School immediately duly following the guidelines scrupulously. And further informed that to release the said amount of Rs.60.19 lakhs (Rupees Sixty lakhs nineteen thousand only ) to the schools which is annexed with this towards implementation of Motivation programme to create awareness regarding Menstrual hygiene and on different issues faced by the girl child in the society among the girls from classes VI-VIII covering 6019 schools.
