O R D E R :-
In the reference 1st read above, Commissioner of School Education, AP, has informed the Government that M/s. NDTV, New Delhi has proposed to the Government of Andhra Pradesh for permitting them for conducting an opinion poll to ascertain views on Medium of Instruction in Government Schools and also for production of series of seven short feature films on Government Programmes in school education.
2. Government, after careful examination of the proposal, have observed that there is an urgent need to have a third party survey through a reputed organization on the preferred medium of Instruction in Government schools and also the need for developing short movies on various schemes launched and reforms introduced in the School Education Department for wide publicity.
3. Accordingly, Government have accepted the proposal submitted by the NDTV Broadcast Sales, New Delhi Television Limited, 402, B-lock Road, Archana, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi-0110048, India, for conducting an opinion poll on Medium of Instruction in Government Schools and for production of series of seven short feature films on Government Programs by meeting the expenditure from the grants available under Samagra Shiksha for the Financial Year 2020-2021.
4. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. and the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
