O R D E R:
    In the  reference  3rd  read  above,  Government has  accorded  an Administrative Sanction  to  the Commissioner  of School  Education,  A.P.  for an  amount  of Rs.100,00,00,000/- (  Rupees  One  Hundred  Crores  only)  from  the BE  provision  20192020  towards  meeting  the  expenditure  for  implementation  of  the  new  scheme  MANA BADI:  NAADU  NEDU  during  the  Financial Year  2019-2020.

2. In the  reference 4th  read  above,  the SPD,  AP  Samagra Shiksha  has  requested  to revise  the  BRO  issued  in  the  reference 2nd  read  above,  duly  adjusting   the   funds  to     SPD,  APSS Green Channel  PD  account  instead of DV  Bills.

3. In the reference 5th  read above,  Finance  Dept. have  issued Budget Release Order  for  an  amount  of  Rs.100,00,00,000/- (  Rupees  One Hundred  Crores  only)  from the  BE  provision  2019-2020 towards meeting the  expenditure  for implementation  of the  new scheme  MANA  BADI:  NAADU  NEDU  during  the  Financial Year  2019-2020 adjustment  to  green  channel PD  Account  8448-00-110-16-12-002  – Mana  Badi  Naadu Nedu  - 001.

4. In pursuance  of  the  Budget  Release  Order  issued by  Finance  Department, Government  hereby cancelled the orders  issued in  the reference  3rd  read above  and accord  an  Administrative  Sanction  to  the  Commissioner  of  School  Education,  A.P.  for an amount  of Rs.100,00,00,000/- (  Rupees  One Hundred Crores  only) from the BE provision  2019-2020 towards meeting the  expenditure  for  implementation  of  the  new scheme  MANA  BADI:  NAADU  NEDU  during  the  Financial Year  2019-2020 adjustment  to Green Channel PD Account 8448-00-110-16-12-002 – Mana Badi  Naadu Nedu  – 001 under  the following  head of accounts:

5. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. / the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit progress of the utilization of funds to Government from time to time.
