ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above,the Chairman,APSCHE has stated that the AP ONLINE conducted all the common entrance test of previous academic years 2017 18, 2018 19 and 2019 20 successfully without any errors as per the requirements of A PSCHE and the services rendered by the agencies are satisfactory and highly appreciated for maintaining confidentiality and time less as fixed by the A PSCHE. The A PSCHE involving its officers did a hard negotiation with APT Online and brought down as per registered candidate rate to Rs.287/- This is the lowest rate per registered candidate among the popular competitive tests.
2. He has further informed that the AP State Council of Higher Education requires the services of APT Online for conduct of all Common Entrance Tests for the year 2020 21 and requested to permit him to entrust the job of conduct of all Computer Based Common entrance Test to APT ONLINE (a Joint Venture with TCS) for the academic year 2020 21 by entering an MoU as per the mutually agreed rate i.e. Rs.287/·per registered candidate duly taking into consideration of the G.O. Ms. No.21, IT & Communicat on (Portal) Department, dated 13.12.2019.
3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission to the A.P. State Council of Higher Education to entrust the job of conduct of all Computer Based Common entrance Test to APT ONLINE for the academic year 2020·21 by entering an MoU at rate of Rs.287/·per registered candidate as agreed by the IT&C Department.
4. This order issued now is valid for this academic year 2020 21 only. The expenditure towards the conduct of Computer Based Test shall be met from the funds of A.P. State Council of Higher Education,Tadepall ,Guntur Dist.
5. The Chairman, A.P. State Council of Higher Education shall take necessary action accordingly.
