ORDER:
    In the reference read above, the Director of Insurance has requested to release Rs.130.00 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and thirty crores only) as 3rd quarter for the financial year 2019-2020 towards sanction of loans and settlement of claims to the Policyholders in all 13 District Insurance Offices in Andhra Pradesh. 

2.   In the reference 2nd read above, the Government issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.130.00 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and thirty crores only) from the BE provision 2019-20 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure for 3rd Quarter in the financial year 2019-20 for making payments towards sanction of Loans and Settlement of Claims to the Policyholders of the APGLI Department. 

3.   Government After careful examination hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.130.00 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and thirty crores only) from the BE provision 2019-20 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure as 3rd Quarter for the financial year 2019-20 for making payments towards sanction of Loans and Settlement of Claims to the Policyholders of the APGLI Department, under the following Head of Account.               

M.H – 8011 - Insurance & Pension Funds.               
105 - State Government Insurance Fund.               
S.H - (O1) – A.P. State Government Life Insurance Fund. 

4.   The Director of Insurance, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam shall take necessary action accordingly.
