O R D E R:-
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur in his letter read above, the following transfers and postings of Municipal Commissioners are ordered with immediate effect on administrative grounds:
a) Sri A. Bhanu Pratap, Municipal Commissioner (Special Grade) Dharmavaram Municipality is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Bapatla in the vacancy due to leave of Sri G. Sravan Kumar, Municipal Commissioner, Gr.II.
b) Sri N. Promod Kumar, Secretary, Kakinada Municipal Corporation is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Palacole in the vacancy due to leave of Sri Ch. Satyanarayana, Municipal Commissioner Gr.I
c) Smt. K. Kanaka Mahalakshmi, Municipal Commissioner Gr.II working as Asst. Commissioner, Vizianagaram is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Parvathipuram, vice Sri PVVD Prasada Rao, transferred.
d) On transfer, Sri P.V.V.D. Prasada Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Grade.I is posted as Assistant Commissioner, Vizianagaram.
e) Sri J. Nagarjuna, Sanitary Inspector, Ananthapuram Municipal Corporation is posted as Municipal Commissioner, Madakasira in the vacancy due to leave of Sri Shaik Malik, Municipal Commissioner Gr.III.
f) Sri S. Venkata Ramudu, Manager Category-II, Dharmavaram Municipality is posted as Municipal Commissioner, Kalyandurg on his own pay basis, vice Smt. M. Lakshmi Devi, Municipal Commissioner Gr.III transferred.
g) On transfer, Smt. M.Lakshmi Devi, Municipal Commissioner Gr.III is posted as Administrative Officer, AHUDA in the existing vacancy.
h) Sri M. Rajasekhar, Superintendent, Kadapa Municipal Corporation is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Rajampeta, on his own pay basis, vice Sri P. Srihari Babu, Asst. Director working as Municipal Commissioner transferred.
i) On transfer, Sri P. Srihari Babu, Assistant Director is posted as Secretary, Chittoor Urban Development Authority and kept on FAC to the post of Municipal Commissioner, Guntakal.
j) Sri R. Rambabu, Municipal Commissioner, Special Grade working as Secretary, Nellore Municipal Corporation is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Rayachoty, vice Sri V. Mallikarjun transferred.
k) On transfer, Sri V. Mallikarjun, Municipal Commissioner, Rayachoty is posted as Municipal Commissioner, Dharmavaram, vice Sri A. Bhanu Pratap transferred.
l) Sri P. Ravibabu, Revenue Officer, Samalkot is kept in full additional charge to the post of Municipal Commissioner, Ichapuram, until regular Commissioner joins duty.
m) Sri N. Rambabu, Manager Category-II, Palaclole is posted as Municipal Commissioner, Mummidivaram on his own pay basis in the vacancy caused due to leave of Sri J. Rama Appalanaidu, Municipal Commissioner Gr.III.
2. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur is requested to take further necessary action in the matter.
