     With reference to the subject cited, it is to inform that, the Government haveintroduced Nava Ratnalu. ln this connectiom, Mana Badi Nadu nedu programme wasintroduced in Education department. ln this connection instructed to open a bankaccount with regard to Nadu Nedu Purpose for making cash transactions .

As per Sub rule ( e ) of rule Xl of Go.Ms.No.87 School Education (Prog.ll)dept., dt: 30-11-2019.

 "the parents committee shall decide five members ( with three womenmembers) from the parents committee (PC) for cheque signing authority. Thesefive members shalt be from elected parent members. Besides these five memhers,the HM and the field Engineer as authorized by respective inplemeting agbncy willalso be joint account signators and among five parents committee members twoare belongs to SG/ST " 

ln view of the above the Mandal Educational Officers and Deputy Educationalofficers in the District are requested to instruct all the concerned Headmasters to opena bank account as detailed below.
