All the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addi .Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that as per the PAB 2019- 20, @Rs.68 Lakhs budget approved by the MHRD, Go , New Delhi for conduct of Sport/Yoga day in all Mandals of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Keeping in view the AP Samagra Shiksha has decided to celebration of Sports/Yoga Day at Manda) on 30th January, 2020 as per the academic calendar given by SCERT..
3. ln this regard, all the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Addi.Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are requested to communicate the certain guidelines {Annexure-1}to all Manda) Educational Officers of inyour district and to issue suitable instructions to organize the Sports/Yoga Day on 30th January 2020 with participate the all schools within the Mandal. It is promote sports and games activities in school and creates larger scope for making physically fit and mentally alert and bringing about future citizen bodily sound and free for illness. The district wise allotment of the budget shown as follows:-

4. The Secretary, School Games Federation of Andhra Pradesh 0/o the CSE, AP is requested to monitor the entire alldistricts of Celebration of Sports/Yoga Day conducting on 30th January, 2020 and obtain the report from the concerned districts and submit the same to
this office for review.
5. The said expenditure should be met from the Project Innovation (Elementary) under Celebration of Sports/Yoga day (67) of PAB 2019-20.
