ORDER:
In the reference 6th read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. has stated that Government have sanctioned an amount of Rs.10173.59 lakhs vide ref 1 - 4 read above. Out of the sanctioned amount, Rs.6500.01 lakhs has been utilized and Rs.3673.86 lakhs is let un-utilised, owing to change in Head of Account for I to VIII classes vide ref 5th read above. She has therefore requested to release an amount of Rs.3673.88 lakhs under revised Head of Account so as to enable them to utilise the amount.
2. In the G.O. 7th read above, Finance (FMU-SE) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.35,57,15,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Crores Fifty Seven Lakhs and Fifteen Thousand only) from the BE 2019-20 under the revised Head of Account towards the implementation of Mid Day Meals Scheme for I – VIII classes in the State for the year 2019-2020.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMUSE) Department vide G.O. 7th read above, Government hereby accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.35,57,15,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Crores Fifty Seven Lakhs and Fifteen Thousand only) from the BE 2019-2020 under the revised Head of Account towards the implementation of Mid Day Meals Scheme for I – VIII classes in the State for the year 2019- 2020.
4. The amount sanctioned in para 3rd above shall be debited to the Head of Account as mentioned in Budge Released Order vide reference 7th read above.
5. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
