CONSTITUENCY LEVEL REVIEW MEETINGS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSONS INCHARGE AND
SCHOOL COMPLEX HEADMASTERS
The School Complex Headmasters are hereby informed for follow the instructions/guidelines given below.
1. Aim of the Program is to achieve 100% result and to get more number of 10/10 GPA for SSC Public Examinations March,2020.
2. SSC handling subject teachers only should participate in a meeting without fail.
3. The School Complex headmaster should download the particulars of the subject teachers and SSC data (Grades) of the Constituency level.
4. School Complex headmasters should make their own arrangements of the Resource Persons with the help of Persons Incharge, if needed.
5. The school complex headmasters should follow the schedule given by the District Educational Officer, Kurnool without any deviation. The Complex Headmasters should issue an Attendance Certificates to the participants.
6. The School Complex Headmasters should maintain the documentation and relevant Registers with proper evidence (photographs).
7. The School Complex Headmasters may arrange the guest lectures/Subject Experts if available.
8. The School Complex Headmasters should conduct the complex with fruitful discussion based on SSC March,2020 results. The persons Incharge should report the compliance report to the District Educational Officer after completion of the review meeting without fail.
9. The important tips / innovative Steps/Subject material for the improvement of SSC results may be exchange with other constituencies. The following is the time schedule.
