1. G.O.Ms.No.110, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Mdl.I)
Department, Dated: 19.07.2019.
2. From the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development,
Office Note. No.751/CPR&RD//2019, recd. on 29.09.2019.

O R D E R :-
1. In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued for establishment of Village
Secretariat system in Gram Panchayats in the State, duly authorising the
Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department to modify number of Village Secretariats and number of functionaries if required while implementation.

2. Where as in the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development has proposed certain modifications to the Annexure-II of the G.O.1st read above.

3. In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development in the reference 2nd read above, and after careful consideration of the matter, Government in exercise of powers conferred under Para-14 (xi) of the G.O. 1st read above, hearby modify and replace the Annexure-II of the G.O.Ms.No.110, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development(Mdl.I)Department, Dated:19.07.2019 as
hereunder.

ANNEXURE-II

4.      The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, AP, Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
