O R D E R:
In the Budget allocation for the Financial Year 2019-20, for an amount of Rs.1150,00.00 lakhs was allocated under “MJH 2235 – SMJH - 60 - MH 200- Other Programmes – HOD DG & IGP-SH (09) Financial support to Agri Gold Victims – 310-Grant-in-Aid - 317 - Exgratia Payments”.
2. In their Letters 3rd read above, the District Collectors have submitted proposals for sanction of amounts as adjudicated by the Chairman, District Legal Service Authority of the District concerned, so as to enable them for disbursement of the said amount to the Agri Gold Depositors who have deposited Rs.10,000/- and below.
3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.263,99,00,983/- (Rupees two hundred and sixty three crores ninety nine lakhs and nine hundred and eighty three only) to the District Collectors as mentioned below for disbursement of the said amount to the Agri Gold Depositors who have deposited Rs.10,000/- and below and as adjudicated by the D.L.S.As.
4. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh and the District Collectors concerned shall take necessary action accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FU-H&C) Department, vide there U.O. No. FMU0ASD(HCL)/193/2019 (Computer No.978767, dated 18.10.2019).
