     The attention of all the RDMAs/SE (PH)/RDDTPs are Invited to the references cited and Informed that, soon after completion of certificate verification by 26/27.09.2019, the concerned appointing authorities shall Issue Appointment Orders to the selected candidates on 27/ 28.09.2019.

2.  In the reference 2nd cited, Government have issued orders directing the   appointing authorities i.e., i.e., Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Superintending Engineers (Public Health) & Regional Deputy Director of T&C Planning to issue of Appointment Orders to the selected candidates on 27/28.09.2019.

2. Therefore, a Model  Appointment  Order  approved  by  the Government and a Model Acceptance Letter is herewith communicated to the concerned appointing authorities for issue of appointment orders to the selected candidates.
