Sub:- Swachhata Pakhwada and Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS), 2019 - reg.
Madam/Sir,
Iam directed to refer to this Department's letter No. 27-6/2019-IS.9 dated 27th August 2019 enclosing there with revised suggested action plan for Swachhata Pakhwada, 2019. Two activities namely (i) Essay writing competition on 'Plastic Waste Free India' on 7th September 2019 and (ii) Letter writing competition among school students based on the theme 'Letter to Bapu', in two categories (I) class III to V and II) class VI to XII), on 13th September 2019, were suggested in the ibid letter.
2. In this regard, it is requested that the best entries for essay writing competition may be uploaded by 8:00 PM on 12th September, 2019 and for letter writing competition by 8:00 PM on 17th September, 2019 on Google Drive alongwlth translated copy of the text of essay/letter, in Hindi or English,if the top entries for Essays/ Letters are written in a language other than English or Hindi, also indicating name, class & school details of the students selected at State level.
