In view of the Grama / Ward Sachiva ayam Examinations Mandal Parishad Development Officers and Mandal Educational Officers are instructed to organize a training to all the examination staff in your mandal especially Chief Superintendents, Hall Superintendents and Invigilators on 27-08-2019. Mandal Parishad Development Off cers has to plan for the training well in adavance on 26-8-2019 and give proper instructions to Mandal Educational Officers .
2. The training may be planned in 2 sessions if the venue is not sufficient.
3. Mandal Educational Officers has to select the Chief Superintendent who can impart training effectively.
4. All the important instructions given in the handbook may be stressed upon and doubts may be clarified.
5. Mandal Educational Officers has to conduct the training and report the attendance in the format given to the District Educational Officer, Nellore and Chief Executive Officer,ZP, Nellore by 5pm on 27-08-2019
6. Mandal Parishad Development Officers as route officer has to visit the allotted examination centres on 27-08-2019. Therefore Mandal Educational Officers has to take the lead and conduct the meeting effectively.
