    I invite your attention to the references cited. in the reference 1st cited, Government have issued orders for payment of salaries and pens km and other retirement benefits to the Municipal Employees I Municipal Teachers through treasuries under Detailed Head O l {), Sa fades and to the head of .account 207. I Pensions respectively on par with Government employees and also issued operational guidelines accordingly. ·

2. In the reference 2nd cited, as per the request made by the Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad, Government had been requested to issue orders amending the para 2.3 with regard to the head of account of Teachers (Elementary Education) and Teachers (Secondary Edueation) in G..0.Ms.No.3.00 MA&UD, dated.02.06.2009 as suggested by the Finance Department.

3. lt;t the reference 3rd cited, as per the advised of the Finance Department, Government have issued the following amendment under para 23 i--Iea_d of Account to the G.O.Ms.No300, MA&UD (G l ) and Government have requested to take necessary further: .action in the matter accordingly.

4. In view of the above, I communicate herewith a copy of the G:OMs,No.214 MA&UD {D1) Department, ~ta.ted.19.07.2019 and l request to. issue necessary instructions to aJI the. DTQs/STOs in the State to honor the bills submitted by the Municipal Commissioners in respect of Municipal Teachers of Elementary Education and Secondary, Education in the respective head as per above amendment, imrned iately,
