2.  From  the  Director  of  State  Audit  Lr.No.  58/I&N/19,  Dtd:  2.5.2019.      - .-

O R D  E  R:--
    In  the circumstances  reported  by  the Secretary,  Mahatma  Jyothiba  Phule Andhra  Pradesh Backward Classes Welfare  Residential Educational  Institutions Society  (MJPAPBCWREIS)  vide  reference  1st  read  above,  Government  hereby issue  the following  orders:-

       a)    The  Secretary, MJPAPBCWREI  Society,  is  designated as  the “Pension Sanctioning  Authority”  for  all cadres  in  MJPAPBCWREI  Society  including Head Office  and MJPAPBCWREI Society  Institutions  after following the due  procedure  as stipulated  under  A.P.  Revised  Pension  Rules,  1980.

      b)    The  Secretary,  MJPAPBCWREI  Society  is the  designated  authority to send  the  pension  proposals  in  respect of  cadres  viz.  Principal, MJPAPBCWR  Junior  College  / Principal,  MJPAPBCWREIS  School  / Deputy  Secretary/ Assistant Secretary and Accounts  Officer  to the Principal  Accountant  General  for scrutiny,  verification  and  sanction  of pension and  other  benefits.

      c)   The  Secretary,  MJPAPBCWREI Society is also permitted to  send  the pension  proposals in  respect  of  all other  cadres  as  per  the  service regulations of  MJPAPBCWRE  Institutions  and Head Office  to  the  Local Fund Audit for  scrutiny,  verification  and  sanction  of  pension  and  other benefits.

2.     The  Secretary,  MJPAPBCWREI  Society,  Vijayawada  is also  informed  that  the employees  promoted  /  who  are  in  service prior to  the cut  of  date for  Pension Rules 1.9.2004  /  recruited  by  Direct Recruitment  prior  to  1.9.2004  are  only eligible  for  application  of  the  A.P.  Revised  Pension   Rules,  1980.    Those  who have  appointed  on  or  after 1.9.2004  are  not eligible  for  processing  pension proposals  under  A.P.  Revised Pension  Rules, 1980.

3.     The  Secretary,  MJPAPBCWREI Society,  shall take  further  action  accordingly.


4.     This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O. Note No. FIN01-HR0HOD/2/2-19-HR-II (Computer No. 896707), dated: 13.6.2019.
