ORDER:

     In  the G.Os  first and  second  read  above,  orders  were  issued for  continuation to  draw  the existing  rate  of  House  Rent  Allowance (HRA)  @  30% of  Basic  Pay and  CCA  at  the  rates applicable  in  Hyderabad for  a  period  of  one  year  to  the employees  of  the  Secretariat  and  Heads  of  Departments and  other  offices  who migrated from  Hyderabad  on  shifting  the Government Offices  to New Capital City  of Amaravathi. In  the G.O fourth  read  above,  orders were  issued  further continuing  the  orders  issued  in G.Os  first  and  second  read  above  upto  30.06.2019.

2 .      In  the  references  fifth to  seventh  read  above,  the  Employees Service Associations have  represented  the  Government  for continuation of  H.R.A.  @  30% of  basic  pay  and C.C.A., as  applicable  in  Hyderabad  to  the employees  who were relocated/migrated from  Hyderabad on  shifting the Government  Offices ie., A.P. Secretariat and  Heads  of  Departments  to  New Capital  City  of Amaravathi, Guntur and Vijayawada.

3.     Government  after  careful examination  of the  request of the  Service Associations  hereby  order  to continue  to  pay  HRA @ 30%  of  basic  pay  and  CCA as  applicable  at  Hyderabad  to  the  employees  who were relocated/migrated  from Hyderabad on  shifting  the  Government Offices  ie., A.P.  Secretariat and Heads  of Departments  to  New  Capital City  of Amaravathi, Guntur  and Vijayawada  upto 30.06.2020 in  continuation  of orders  issued  in  the references  first and  second  read above.

4.   The  above  orders  also do  not apply  to the employees who  were  not relocated/shifted from  Hyderabad to  New  Capital  Region  after  bifurcation  of  the State,  who are  newly  appointed, working  on  transfer  or  on  deputation basis  in  the offices  in  the new capital  region  from  district  offices and other places.  These employees  are entitled  for HRA and  CCA  at  the rates as  per existing  rule  in  force.
